The effects of international
students
“Education is the most powerful weapon
in the world”, it can be used to change people’s lives. People could get more
knowledge and reach a high level of personal capability. The phenomenon is that
more and more
Chinese are leaving China and studying in foreign countries. There are more than 50,000 Chinese newly
coming to the United States in 2012, and more than one million Chinese are
studying in American schools right now. What will be the effect of s this phenomenon? Will this be good or not to the
involved countries and people?
I think there will be two effects with the
increasing number of Chinese students. The first effect is that universities
and schools in foreign countries, such as the United States of America, have
had a significant improvement of revenues. Under the situation of the global
economic crisis, western countries are facing a problem that there is not
enough education investment to their school, which will affect the quality of
the domestic education. But with the growing number of oversea students,
especially the Chinese, the schools will have a much better financial
condition. And actually, the oversea students are welcomed by the Universities.
The second effect is that oversea students
would go back to China and makes a great contribution to their own country. My
idea is to dedicate myself to my home country’s construction while growing up. For
me If I end of the economy, I have to go back to my father's company to help
him get better profitability. And I believe most of the Chinese students have a
similar thinking like mine. Consequently, the large quantity of high educated
students will benefit the development of China.
In conclusion, I think that the lack of
education investment will finally be damage to the future of the country. And I
believe that the development of China will be benefit from the oversea
education students.
